A private Colonial-style mansion situated on nearly 4 acres of pristine Ventura County inland real estate.
The Rules
Although this is a private and secluded private residence, we have to keep within Ventura County’s noise ordinance time frame. The outdoor portion of the evening will come to a close at precisely 10pm PST, to avoid any fines. However, the Colony Estate just so happens to have a third floor “speakeasy” that can easily accommodate all guests for an after party.
